After 62 long days of waiting, we finally received our Letter of Seeking Confirmation Approval (LOA) today. THANK YOU GOD!!!!! There are still a number of hoops to jump thru, but from here on out, the wait for each is much more predictable. We hope to travel in December (of course earlier would be awesome, but not likely) and have her home by her birthday... which happens to be Christmas Day.
